  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order details for accuracy. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed, as delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs delays, or carrier issues).

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.):

    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
    • Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (if ordered before the cutoff time)
  • International Orders:

    • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days
    • Expedited International Shipping: 4–7 business days
      Please note that shipping times for international orders can vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the size of the package, and the destination address. The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

  • Free Shipping Promotions: We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. These promotions will be indicated at checkout.
  • International Shipping Costs: For international orders, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees, taxes, duties, and any other charges imposed by your country’s customs department.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Missing or Lost Shipments

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

If the package cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

We will work with you to resolve the issue by either issuing a replacement or a refund. Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged product until the claim is processed.

9. Changes to Shipping Address

Once your order is placed and confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed. We will attempt to modify the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be made in time.
